Surpasses my expectations

The quality of these sockets absolutely surpassed my expectations. Very easily readable stamping makes sizes pop. The 1/4” drive set had two sockets that just didn’t quite fit in the magnetic organizers. Olsa sent out a pair of replacements immediately. The customer service is A+++! The only other issue?I’m almost afraid to use them for fear of scuffing the stunning mirror polished chrome plating.

Outstanding customer service and products

I have ordered these socket organizers a couple of times now, both for work and at home. Not everything offered by Olsa is available on Amazon, either in Canada (where I am) or the US. For my second order, I chose the 184 piece Master Metric and SAE kit (which is a bit hard to find on their website). I had previously bought just the socket organizers and found them really useful. I am in my fifties and my eyesight is not what it once was, especially in poor lighting. The size labels on the trays are very clear and easy to read. The issue that I had with my first order of the holders only was that I didn't have all of the sizes of sockets and was left with empty holes in the holder. When all the holes are filled at the end of a job I know that I didn't loose a socket, something important to me. I started to just shop for those missing sockets and some sizes were difficult to find. Those that I did find were different brands than what the rest of the set was and that drove me a little crazy. The 184 piece set solves that problem. I already mentioned that I liked the holders. After using the sockets for several weeks now, I can also say that I am very happy with them as well; very high quality, no issues at all. I did have questions a couple of times and the people at Olsa responded to me immediately, even on the weekends (which I certainly didn't expect). My concerns were dealt with very quickly and completely exceeded my expectations, leaving absolutely nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend these tools and this company. The attached picture shows the 184 piece set on my kitchen counter.
