Olsa Tools® will repair, without charge, any defects in materials or craftsmanship depending on the product category's specific warranty duration, as indicated on the product page and/or in the product manual.

Our warranty is valid for the original purchaser in Canada and the United States of America only, and proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is mandatory. The entire product must be returned, with shipping costs covered by the original purchaser, to Olsa Tools®.

In lieu of repair, or in cases of discontinued products, Olsa Tools® may offer a replacement with a new or refurbished product, or even a different product if the original has been discontinued, or provide a repair kit or a refund at its sole discretion.This warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, is not valid if the tool has been mishandled, misapplied, or not properly maintained, if repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorized parties, or if any modifications have been made to the tool. The decision of whether the product returned to Olsa Tools meets the conditions of this warranty will be determined by Olsa Tools® in its sole judgment. The warranty does not extend to consumables.

Olsa Tools® provides no other guarantees, whether explicit or implied, regarding the product or its suitability for a specific purpose. Under no circumstances will Olsa Tools® be responsible for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the sale or use of the products sold under this agreement. This limitation is in effect both during and after the warranty period.
