I had a chance to use the 5/8" on a brass plumbing part. The 6-sided part gripped the part really well and turned it under a heavy load just fine, even though the hex on the part was getting wrecked from using other tools to grip it. These wrenches feel really nice: heavy, the ratchet moves smoothly and the finish is really nice.
