We’ll refund your entire order if customer service doesn’t reply within 30 minutes during business hours.
As of December 12, 2023, Olsa Tools products are not sold in any retail stores. We do, however, have mobile tool truck dealers where you can see and feel our tools in-person. To find a dealer near you, check out our Authorized Dealers page.
Yes, we do accept a limited number of authorized dealers. If you are a tool retailer or tool truck looking to offer our product line to your customers, then please feel free to apply to become a dealer here. We do not allow online resellers.

Sellers like Amazon carry legitimate Olsa Tools products, but they may be older models of our products. It’s also possible some people are selling used or fake Olsa Tools products, the best way to ensure you get an authentic new product is to purchase it directly on our website or through an Authorized Dealer.
Orders & Shipping
No, we only ship within Canada and the USA.
We offer a 90-Day Risk Free Trial period, if you’re not happy with your product, we pay for return shipping and you get your money back. No questions asked.
We fulfill orders from our warehouse in Nisku, Alberta, Canada as well as many other warehouses in Canada and USA, on both the East & West Coasts. We prioritize shipping from warehouses with stock closer to your location.
If your order is placed before 2pm MT, it will get shipped the same day, otherwise it will ship on the next business day and standard shipping takes 3-5 business days to arrive while expedited shipping usually takes 1-2 business days to arrive. Remote and rural areas can take longer for delivery.
Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within the United States of America and Canada for all orders over $125, under this threshold, a flat fee of $9.99 is charged. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping costs are based on the total weight of the order and usually arrive in 1-2 business days.
After your order ships, you'll receive the tracking information via email.
Orders with multiple items may be shipped out of different warehouses, it is possible your order has more than one parcel. Wait a few more days and if you haven’t received the rest of your order, contact us.
Please contact us immediately at support@olsatools.com. Please note our business hours of operation is Monday to Friday 9 am-5 pm Mountain Time and we are closed on Canadian Holidays. We can only modify your order before it has shipped.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please open a ticket on our Support page.
Yes, contact us with the order number and we'll send a copy of the invoice to you.
Warranty & Returns

We offer a 90-Day Risk Free Trial period, if you’re not happy with your product, we pay for return shipping and you get your money back. No questions asked. If the 90 days have passed, then the product cannot be returned.

Return shipping is covered by Olsa Tools. If you would like to return a product, please visit our Support page to open a support ticket with our customer service team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 5-10 days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your returned product is approved, then your refund will be processed in, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Product-Related Questions
Our Aluminum Socket Rails come in two different types: one with rubber endcaps and one with locking endcaps.
The version with rubber endcaps have endcaps that are easy to slide off so you can customize your rails quicker and easier.
The version with locking endcaps have endcaps that lock and clip in both ends of the socket rail. This makes it impossible for socket clips to slide off of the rail when mounting the socket rails vertically (on a pegboard or screwed into the wall). They are harder to take off, but you are still able to customize the type and number of clips on the rail.
They are both the same price and your preference is completely up to you.
We are unable to customize the aluminum rail; however, you are able to customize the length by cutting the rails. If you need end caps for your aluminum socket holder, you can get either rubber end caps or the locking ABS endcaps.
No, they do not come with label stickers.
The magnetic screwdriver holder's primary purpose is to organize screwdrivers but you can use it for many different tools like ratchets, extensions, wrenches, etc. We’ve even seen some of our customers use it for small pry bars! The clips are made out of heavy-duty plastic.
