Very accurate and great quality torque wrench for a fraction of the price from big name brands.
Everyone in the Garage I work at uses snap on Matco or other salesman delivery products. I have bought from Osla tools before and have found great quality. I’ve compared this torque wrench side by side with the competitors in our shop the accuracy has been dead on used it several times throughout the last 2 weeks, and the accuracy is very consistent and I’ve been blown away by the quality for a fraction of the named competitors products in our shop. Very happy with this purchase and I can’t say enough about the quality from this manufacturer, will be buying many more products from osla.
Identical to snap-on for like 1/2 the price.
Got this torque wrench and compared it to my coworkers snap-on split beam and they look identical except for the branding and the plastic handle is different. But the adjustment screws and all are in the exact same spot. Been using it for as couple of weeks now torquing lug nuts. The highest I've torqued is 103 ft lbs. Really going to put it to the test since I work at the biggest dealership in the world so we are busy most of the time. I did check for accuracy and it was accurate.
Beautiful and easy to use.
First off, I have slowly been building up my olsa tool collection and by far this is one of the most needed tools in my box. This torque wrench is easy to use and has a nice loud click when you have reached your spec. Finish of the tool is professionally executed and comparable to other snap on and matco torque wrenches I've used. It also comes in it's own blow molded case to keep it safely stored away when not in use. Highly recommended if your in the market for a torque wrench.
Great torque wrench, compares to Tool Truck brand!
Still love the Olsa Tools brand. I purchased this torque wrench to use at home, but tested it at work to compare to my Tool Truck brand torque wrench. Needless to say, it works just as good, for over half the price! The case is just the same, and the torque wrench is just as user friendly as my other one, the dial is smooth, and it stays locked at your selected torque. I couldn’t ask for a better torque wrench.
Compares nicely to more expensive torque wrenches
This torque wrench appears identical in function to my (much more expensive) Precision Instruments torque wrench. I find the split beam style torque wrench to be much more convenient. When using a 1/2 adapter to connect the two wrenches, they clicked at the same time at the 50, 100, and 150 ft/lb settings (I couldn't reliably replicate at higher settings), so I have no reason to doubt the included calibration certificate. The flex head can be tightened, a nice feature missing on the more expensive wrench. The comfort handle and blow molded case are also both nice touches.Time will tell about the longevity, but this appears to have identical function at a more reasonable price point than a new tool truck brand torque wrench
