Perfect for getting into tight spaces, this ratchet is my new favorite. Gearless design is great! Just wish they made them in 1/4 and 1/2 drive also, hopefully they will in the future.

I got a few ratchets that didn't quite work correctly. Simon/Mark/Nathan went out of their way to help me get a properly functioning ratchet. The customer service is excellent. I have been questioned in the past by a different manufacturer, "are you sure you're using it correctly? No, I bought a ratchet and pushed it in my gas tank...the guys from Olsa simply asked for some pics/video showing what was wrong and immediately sent me a new one.
We ended up finding a defect and they are pulling products to make sure they solve the issue. They hand picked a working ratchet and sent it to me(and refunded) for the problem. Can't beat that. Nobody is perfect, but being willing to work with a customer to solve an issue all while being extremely courteous and professional, that means a lot. And I am nobody special, just a regular consumer.
